Theoverflow gets dumped when the heat causes the pressure in the radiator to exceeds the caps capacity to hold pressure. The fluid goes into the overflow (around the cap seal) - after the engine begins cooling the fluid is pulled back into the radiator until the radiator cannot take anymore. Hondarecommends a slightly heavier oil on replacement, so try 12.5 weight. Some guys increase the spacer height and others recommend progressive springs, depends on how much you want to spend. I increased my spacer length by 1/2 inch and went with 12.5 weight oil and my ACE 1100 handles great.
