My wife and I just brought home her new V7 Stone from the local Guzzi dealer. We asked the salesman specifically about the correct technique to check engine oil level.
Braided lines looked a little out of place but once we got stuck in they made perfect sense. The 744cc 90° two-valve twin suits the bike perfectly. It’s a perky little number that, if you look at the brochure figure of 48bhp seems underpowered, especially when you consider that the bike weighs 181Kg dry.

Jun 4, 2016. #3. 36 psi seems a bit high for the front. For years the older Tonti and small block recommendation was 32 front, and 36 rear. Unless you are running radials, I can't see a need for more than 36 psi in the rear for solo riding. Tire pressure is adjusted to control tire flex and tire temperature.

Remember that a Guzzi does not have a wet plate clutch so you don't need a bike specific oil. Oil threads will naturally get a million different opinions. Personally im using Castrol Edge 10-60 car oil as my local shop sells it and i know if im away somewhere and in need of oil then any country town will have it also. GcALok.
