On a positive note, the 6D Mark II's electronic image stabilization for video is effective.
The Canon EOS 6D Mark II is marginally newer than the 5D Mark IV but at around half the price! While it lacks in-body image stabilization, the extensive Canon lens range is overflowing with stabilized options to compensate in low light conditions.
Why does the Canon 6d mark ii's in body digital stabilzation for video receive so much general hate? I used a 77d last year for a week or so and it worked (and looked) great on that, but there's hardly any reference to it anywhere on youtube or the internet.
