The watch restart (no gear nor progression bar) and is now forever stuck in a boot loop (Garmin Logo only + Vibration every 20 sec (as if it can't complete the boot process so it keeps re-trying to start until the battery dies). Not sure if the replacement Garmin charging cable fixed the issue, since we have not heard back from the OP. If resetting the device and syncing with Garmin Express doesn't fix it, you should probably contact Garmin Support. In some cases, you can get it to work by cleaning the contacts with an eraser or alcohol. Or try swapping out for a new cable and/or using a different charging source (computer port or wall…. I have this problem from time-to time. The way I fix it is to spray WD40 on the end of the cable that plugs into the watch and the connector on the watch.

That will bring you into the music menu. First option will be "Music Providers". Go into that menu option. On my watch I only have music I have moved over so it gives me two options in this menu, "My Music" and "Control Music on Phone". Tap the "My Music" menu option. That should fix it. That was my issue.

I charged it last night without a problem took it off the charger and put it on my wrist. When I woke up this morning it was working then a few minutes later my watch screen was completely black.
